Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Payment is required before opening the package; courier staff are not permitted to allow package inspection prior to payment.

Customers may request a return or exchange only after payment and delivery confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at desireoutfits.pk@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Do not compel the courier to open the parcel before payment, as this contravenes COD regulations in Pakistan.
